As the Future Work Skills 2020 report concludes -
THE NUMBER ONE skill to be considered is SENSE-MAKING
In the context of watching and listening to the children, when they are themselves listening to & watching their own Celluloid Heroes ... IT becomes increasingly evident that to sense worth from within...
as DT Suzuki wrote, in 1953, in his introduction to Eugen Herrigel's
ZEN in the Art of Archery … CHILDLIKENESS has to be restored …

Let us become as little children. Or something like that.
DT Suzuki wrote, in 1953, now some 55 years since, in his introduction to Eugen Herrigel's
Zen in the Art of Archery …
CHILDLIKENESS has to be restored …
with long years of training in the art of self-forgetfulness.
… in order that OUR need to pass, through the “fire of truth” and set the “world on fire” to provide the mechanism for others to pass, might BE fulfilled …
and as Michio Kaku says with the usual childish wonder to his expressive face…
'I think we create our own meaning, and if we do it well that brings us happiness. It is too easy to have a guru on a mountaintop saying the answer is this and this. That's a cop out. The meaning of life is to struggle and find your own meaning of life.'
Ohhhh Michael, they are such precious little dragonflies, born of the butterflies :)
Gorgeous picture, and daaaaarling fishers and flowers… of …peace.
Hug them for me please :)
Childlikeness indeed has to be restored and instilled in the values of a nation especially those countries who have a high rate of child labor. Economic welfare plays a big role in this and that the government has to look into their social issues and responsibilities. This goes for every government and that the citizens must be proactive in keeping watch of their political figures whose motives for personal gain is tantamount. Adults should be keep in check on not to sexually abuse the young children and that this cycle must stop. Children are being exposed to media stimuli to grow up so fast, to be more sophisticated, to buy more and more expensive stuff. “For adult materials” on the web should have a domain of their own and that kids should not be able to access this. They should be separated from the “dot com”. How hard is that for the authorities to sign them up for a separate domain? And that browsers should have a button for flagging inappropriate sites that have come through. We are in a threshhold of our history where we can create right now a more enlightened society from now and the future generations if we can keep all this and more in check. Childlike wonder should have its stages.

I prefer to think of children as my gurus…and have no problem with that. All we have to do is listen to them and learn from their example :)
No one knows the meaning of life better than they…
2SenseWorth™ is working to transform the world's next generation - to bring lasting peace, prosperity, abundance and loving kindness to All. In the span of a single generation we can save the earth and humanity.
Inside survives, always. The bow of any successful peace movement must include little fisherman in it’s infrastructure, or it is just another net. If little ones are not included, we have to build a boat with those who honor their presence as royalty, and recognize their songs of laughter and hope.
The voices of the innocent must be heard, and the last must be first for the power of great change to fill the seas of humanity with pennies of love and light.
ABSOLUTELY SO and SO BE IT
