“It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory
is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.”

IN the context of the even heavier burden of hope BEING placed on Barack Obama and, Rahm Emanuel's statement, as Obama's Chief of Staff elect, that …

” You NEVER WANT a serious crisis to go to waste ”

IT IS NOT just encumbant on Barack Obama to take individual responsibility of ACTION in the face of CRISES that have come home to roost, BUT …

THE COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY of the people to TAKE ACTION in support of the best EXAMPLE of ACTION of their LEADER … IF we are to implement

The experience which Riley offers is closely related to the expression of emotion or, more exactly, to the creation of visual analogues for sharply particularized states of

The very intensity of the assault which her painting makes on the eye drives it, as it were, past the point at which it is merely a matter of optical effect.

It becomes acute physical sensation, apprehended kinesthetically as mental tension or mental release, anxiety or exhileration, heightened self-awareness or heightened awareness of unfamiliar or even alien states of being.

ITS these very processes of life - that have to be understood

and acknowledged - before we can awaken to the fact that we

are on the journey and committed to continuing the journey

until WE awaken yet again to being fully enlightened -

and in so doing START ALL OVER in the NEW beginning !
