ANYONE who had read

George Orwell's "ANIMAL FARM"

AND
were watching the bankers saying "sorry" yesterday and scrabbling for words of excuse today, before the House of Commons Treasury Select Committee; would naturally have come to the conclusion that we were witnessing a multi-episode spectacle of "four legs" challenging "four legs" at the expense of ALL the "two legs" that were expected to fund “the charade”.

George Orwell wrote his epic as a critique of Stalin’s version of communism but yesterday’s charade, particularly, was a “critique” of the immorality of a system, which capitalism has been allowed to adopt since the de-regulation of President Reagan and Prime Minister Thatcher.

A "de-regulation of morality" NOT a de-regulation of either banking, commerce or trade, to which the
new masters of the globe
subscribe, whilst depending for their support on the corruption of those in politics, religion and science who are ever willing to approach “the pig’s trough”.

As Simon Heffer has written in his "Jacqui Smith is a symptom of our consensus of cowardice" article -

"We could work out that Parliament must never again be reduced by an over-powerful but mediocre government to the role of an ornament. This requires no change in our constitution; it requires MPs to enforce the existing constitution properly. The elective dictatorship of which Lord Hailsham warned over 40 years ago has arrived, with the full support of the political class, and with itself as its own main interest. The catastrophe we see around us is its result, and the continuance in office of people like the present Home Secretary one of its many, grievous, symptoms."

HOW can ANY one individual who subscribes to the concept of a GOD, whatever that concept might BE, or indeed any one individual that follows the common-sense reality of his/her own set of moral values deem ALL of THIS as anything other than ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE ???

As of yesterday 79% of the peoples of the USA were giving their support to the NEW perspective of morality which Barack Obama has subscribed to in all his writings and throughout his Presidential Election Campaign; BUT as Albert has increasingly challenged elsewhere

Where IS the Barack Obama of Europe ?

... to which I would concur and further ask

Where ARE the Barack Obamas of the suppressed
and oppressed peoples of the entire globe ?

Setting up the 1929 crash - Zeitgeist clip

The last time an economic crisis as bad as THIS “happened” it was most certainly NOT the economic crisis which led to its global reprocussions but it did happen as a result of the selfish sophistication, arrogance and greed of those that “got their money out at the expense of the small people’s investments” before the crash and who then left the people’s of the then capitalist world to pick up the pieces.

THIS time around our new masters of the globe have “engineered” an explosion of debt in the West at the expense of the hard labours and savings of the peoples of the East, whilst establishing a global infrastructure of banking, commerce and trade which again served the “immorality” of their self sophisticated, arrogance and greed.

.

THIS WAS by "the design" of a premoinately patriarchal MIND-SET

Was it not President Adams’ wife who said on entering the Capitol …

Half-fed slaves building our nation’s Capitol, HOW can any good come

from this place?” - no doubt in the context of her husband’s earlier statement -

SO much for the overthrow of the tyrannies of Europe”.

Daniel Hannan MEP: The devalued Prime Minister of a devalued Gove

TIME to take a rain-check on ALL of this and the consequentially systemically broken

Humpty Dumpty MODEL of economics” ...

start
asking
Albert’s questions and ...

collectively decide upon the constitution of a global model of ALL the people
, for the entirely mutual benefit of ALL the people, by ALL the people who are absolutely committed to appropriate responsible ACTION in adherence to THE GLOBAL SET of moral values.

"When I hear criticism as elegant as this I wonder

why everyone thinks Obama is such a good speaker.

Your garden variety British Politician is tons better

than Obama, who needs a squad of speechwriters,

axelrod, and mr. teleprompter to hold his hand while speaking." -

conflict and confrontation, to a path of sustainability,

well being and PEACE ! "

Dr. Ervin Laszlo

NEW moral Compass - as he proposes that Peace Is Not The Answer!

Go Adams family. Great blog Michael.

This rich charade will continue as long as the hearts of men and women continue to pick the flower of greed, instead of the flower
of peace, sharing and love…together. Mother nature will not allow the
weeds to take over the garden behind the barnyard. She knows what is
fertilizer and what is not…and won’t hesitate to give God a holla. They
are not afraid of discipline. Never hesitating to put those in time out
that need to be WHEN it’s time…morality is their specialty, down at the
farm of animals, and garden of lessons.

When the world provides it’s children with clean water to drink, and food to eat…we MIGHT have a chance…

Further quotes from Simon Heffer’s article which I have referenced through
the pig’s trough” link - as well as some of the more appropriate & poignant comments of the 185 thus far posted by THE DAILY TELEGRAPH readers …

GREED, as Gordon Gekko once said, IS GOOD: all the more so when funded at NO risk to oneself by the public. It was not that long ago when such behaviour – very much within the letter of the law, but far from within its spirit – would have been
condemned and those responsible would have been hounded out of
Parliament for it.
Now, a great officer of state and other MPs can indulge in it. With all the resignation imposed upon us by experience we shrug our shoulders, and the MPs carry on pretending they are fit to rule us.

“However,
those of us who believe in the free market understand the essential principle of caveat emptor. Few “mended the roof while the sun was shining”. Some borrowed
recklessly. Some did not ask where all the money was coming from: they
just spent it. Notions of the creation of true wealth were discarded.
So, as Captain Scott said just as the snows closed in for the last
time: we took risks, we knew that we took them, things have turned out
against us, therefore we have no cause for complaint. Whether we like
to admit it or not, we are having what was coming to us.”

COMMENTS

I believe you have hit the nail on the head. Greedy self serving
politicians are at their worst when they realise their time is up.
Snouts in the trough before it is too late and they are no longer able
to claim their massive expenses
.”

People ARE annoyed, furious even. And there is no reason not to believe
that they understand all the reasons for the seedy conduct and the
ignorance and incompetence of their MPs.

“Just another sympton of the contempt in which we, the taxpayers, are held by our elected representatives. What was said some centuries ago, ’Will no one rid me of this turbulent priest?’ ‘Will no one rid us of these ’snouts in the trough MPs?

“Google ”
government in Switzerland” to see how “we” should run the show.
Much less likely to wind up with the lieing, swindling misfits we have
suffered the last twelve years.

Of course it’s embarrassing for Gordon Brown and Alistair Darling that
a ”SPOTLIGHT” has been shone again on their misjudgements.
But we’ve
known for many months that they were wrong on these very big issues.

A mountain of evidence has been building and has been visible for
more than a year that they, and the Bank of England, and the Financial
Services Authority (and the US Federal Reserve, and so on) simply
didn’t appreciate that - since around 2000 - they were steering the
Titanic into the mother-of-all economic icebergs.

Their misjudgements in the Northern Rock debacle were symptomatic of
a much more serious economic myopia
: they didn’t see that the
architecture of the financial system was fatally unstable and that the
foundations of our economy were crumbling under the weight of excessive
borrowing
.

However, as I’ve said, I think we already knew that, didn’t we?

It's time to call a halt, Prime Minister, and to consider how the people of the U.K. feel about the morality of the government before you start pontificating again about your own ”lofty ambitions for a new ethical capitalism”.

As Mary Riddell has so succinctly concluded in today's Daily Telegraph article …

Much good it may do the prophet of morality in public life. The politics of virtue have arrived just as his party is sinking in sleaze and decay.
So when the G20 is over, Mr Brown should narrow his horizons and sort
out the greedy, the discontented and the anxious in Labour's ranks. If
he cannot impose decent conduct in his own back yard, then it will
certainly be left to Mr Cameron to wrestle with the morals of the
marketplace.

Mr Brown has bet his future on a global vision. Phileas Fogg narrowly won his
wager to encircle the world. Unless Mr Brown can think small as well as
big, he may not be so lucky
.”

FOR ONCE our glorious Prime Minster Gordon Brown; “unelected” by the PEOPLE of the UK and the “chair” of the G20 summit; had to SIT & LISTEN to what the PEOPLE of the UK actually think about his OWN PERSONAL part in the crisis and as ever the PEOPLE-FUNDED “public service broadcaster”, THE BBC, failed to report on the fact until well after Daniel Hannan's YouTube Video took the number one spot.

NO wonder Daniel Hannan referred to the Prime Minister as a “devalued” leader who sounded like a “Brezhnev-era apparatchik”; and Nigel Evans, a Tory member of the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee, added:

I think it is appalling that they were covering the fact that Gordon Brown was at Strasbourg but they weren't prepared to report on one of the most openly critical speeches that has ever been made in a public body against a British Prime Minister.

It just shows you now that the BBC, and indeed ITV, no longer enjoy the duopoly over broadcasting that they used to.

WHEN will the 1000 or so members of the parliaments of the UK & Europe
realise that Barack Obama IS President of the USA at the behest of the
PEOPLEs of the USA

“Our political leaders are falling short as we sink under a tide of vulgarity
and sleaze”, says Jeff Randall in today's Daily Telegraph … and goes onto say
“We can only hope that after the next general election there will be a major change and the restoration of normal life can begin” …

to which Mornvan replied …

“Fat chance. The only thing that will sort the UK out is about ten years
under martial law, complete with corporal and capital punishment. The
rot has gone too far and too deep to be eradicated by any gentle means.
It is inextricably entwined in all facets of the fabric of society.

You can only experience the true awfulness of the UK if you return to the
country after a period spent abroad. Read the comments posted below by

… and WHY might you ask IS THIS the case ?

WHY? … for no other reasons than Janet Daley has so succinctly described in her Daily Telegraph article entitled …

Hate the EU ? Then I beg you to vote Tory

It is no coincidence that Germany and France – two countries with sound historical reasons for distrusting the instincts of their own people – were the founders of this enterprise. And it is no wonder, either, that Britain – which had least cause over the course of that terrible
century to be shamed by the character of its population – should have
little sympathy with the European intention to undermine national
self‑determination and create institutions that would supersede the will of an individual country's own people.

Twenty years after the fall of the Berlin Wall,
the EU is now a reincarnation of the Soviet Union”.

Pravda

HOW on Earth
can THIS great deception be contemplated
at an Integral Level, IF the inevitable

Evolution of LIFE on our planet IS indeed to manifest it self as
AN HOLISTIC PROCESS that ”includes both objective and subjective
dimensions of reality as it moves toward greater exterior complexity
of form and greater interior depth of consciousness.

Evolution goes beyond what went before, but because it must embrace what went before, then its very nature is to transcend and include, and thus it has an inherent directionality, a secret impulse, toward increasing depth, increasing intrinsic value, increasing consciousness.”
Ken Wilber

IT WILL ONLY B the natural processes of GAIA which will arrest the TOP DOWN ACTIONS of our new masters of the globe and the fact that pregnant mothers already constitute the majority of swine flu deaths, IS the first of no doubt many “ACTS of nature” which will effect ALL
the peoples of our planet, whether at the TOP, MIDDLE or BOTTOM of the
social scale.

NOT until the collective consciousness of ALL the peoples of this planet, understand “ALL of this”, will Ken Wilber's words of wisdom be manifest !

Gordon Brown -  the man who claimed "to have ended the cycle of boom and bust for the UK" - Didn't he also save the world as well from ALL of its financial woes? - is here again at the penultimate moment of the Euro Crisis expounding the fact that IF the G20 doesn't get its act together to help keep the Euro alive we shall all be faced with potential bailouts for France and Italy as well.

Surely its the founding members of the Euro project - Germany, France and Italy - who should now be realising that the wheels are falling off the charabanc because they chose not to fit tyres to the wheels in the first place.

A Ceaseless Creative Striving

When we awaken to the evolutionary impulse, as the urge toward higher creativity, it becomes apparent to us that the energy that is driving the process as a whole is inherently spiritual or divine. Spirit created and is creating the universe. What is this ceaseless creative striving in matter, nature, and culture? And where does it come from? What is it that mysteriously compels the universe to exist, life to emerge, and mind to appear? That which compels this complex and singular process to exist and develop is Spirit as the creative impulse. And when we feel that energy surging through our own bodies and minds, we find our purpose in being here, as ourselves, in the world, so we can consciously create the future as an agent of that impulse itself.
