Separation of Spirit and the Moul [or Observation of Self].

When one is able to separate Spirit from the Moul one can do these things:

Observe the menting of the moul and if necessary check the moul before the menting becomes action.

Observe the menting of the moul but be unable to check the moul before the menting becomes action.

Observe the menting and consequent action of the moul and resolve to check or foster the menting and/or action in the future depending on whether it is negative or positive menting and action.

Note: menting = mental activity.

           moul = mind/soul.
